With the current Canada Post job action, it may affect your club with getting the sold and unsold raffle books along with payments to the SHF office in time for the Dec 13th -2024 deadline. Please DO NOT mail any raffle tickets. They will not arrive in time for the Draw on December the 16th, 2024.
To ensure that all tickets are in the SHF office by the draw date, the SHF has made the following arrangements to assist clubs in getting the tickets/payments to the SHF office by the deadline.
Option #1
Drop off the raffle tickets at the SHF office in Regina at Mosaic Stadium 300-1734 Elphinstone Street. The SHF office is located on the north side of Mosaic Stadium and is the middle door between the Rider ticket office and the Rider store. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn right and our offices are on the right-hand side just past the washrooms.
Option #2
Drop off the raffle tickets at the SaskSport offices in Saskatoon at 510 Cynthia Street (the SaskSport office is behind the Travelodge Hotel on the first curve in the road.) Tickets can be dropped off at the reception desk, please let the Receptionist know that the tickets are to be sent to the SHF via interoffice mail. The interoffice mail will be delivered to us every Wednesday.
Option #3
Give the tickets to a SHF Board member. The SHF Board has a couple of in person meetings prior to the December 13 deadline, and the Board member will be able to get the tickets to the SHF office.
The SHF Board members:
Linda Tiefenbach-Edenwold Victoria Kendal-Saskatoon
Shirley Mawson- North Battleford Cindy Klassen- Saskatoon
Lorraine Gilchrist-Asquith Nicole Wood-Saskatoon
Sherri Ann Hanley-Langham Kyla Murch-Saskatoon
Katryna Williams-Grandora Terry Klassen-Saskatoon
Option #4
If you are not able to utilize one of these options your club will need to have the tickets couriered to the SHF offices at Mosaic Stadium 300-1734 Elphinstone Street Regina SK S4T 1K1.
