Nominations Committee Report – The Board of Directors made a motion to accept the Nominations Committee’s recommendation, to approve by acclimation, the nominations to serve or complete 3-year terms. Required expertise has been met and there will be no election at the 2026 AGM. (Reminder: the Director at Large no longer exists as per the Non-for-Profit Act so there is no opportunity to elect someone from the floor.) Successful nominations will be announced at the AGM.
Resolutions – No resolutions are being submitted for voting consideration at this AGM.
(Reminder: Suggestions arising from the floor of the AGM will be documented but there will be no opportunity to make motions/vote on these prior to the whole membership being made aware.)
Reminder: Only adult members in good standing (holding a 2026 membership) are allowed to vote. If you are eligible to vote on behalf of a member Club, please ensure Club membership is up-to-date, and you have advised the SHF office to verify you as a voting representative.
